The android version of Xiaomi Mi A2 is 8.1 Oreo with the august security patch. The feedback and camera app can't be uninstalled but File Manager, Mi Remote, Mi community, and Mi Drop can be uninstalled or removed.
If you're aware of stock android, you'll find instantly yourself at home. Launcher 3 is your launcher, notification dropdown and quick settings are untouched. Even system UI is there, the other apps of Google are preinstalled as well: Maps, Drive, Calendar, Gmail, Duo, Play store, Play Music, Youtube, and Chrome. All of these with 4GB Ram and 660 Snapdragon contribute to a smooth experience. Xiaomi Mi A2 doesn't perform like a $300 something phone at all. It is snappy and doesn't break a sweat. Xiaomi Mi A2 has 3000mah battery, battery Life is normally good.
